1971 Pontiac LeMans Sport Convertible won't start

My dads 1971 Pontiac LeMans Sport Convertible won't start. It has been in the garage for at least 2 months. We tried to start it and it won't start. We put about 4 gallons of gas in it and it still won't start. Any suggestions or tips on how to get it to start.

Need to know why car wont start,

1971 Pontiac LeMans Sport Convertible with GTO trim option

3,865 total LeMans Sport Convertibles produced this year. For the T41 Front Fascia Endura Bumper option, does anyone know the total number produced? I understand T41 RPO code was introduced in mid-year production and all other were chrome front bumpers. Curious to know. 71 lemans driver side wiper arm install. Where does this extra (arm) attatched to the wiper arm go to?
