The second vechile I bought, and I still own it. I love it, it might not be a family car as it is a two door coupe, but visually its beautiful. The car is as stated a two door coupe, but also pillarless. The engine is a 2.5l Chevy unit known as the Iron Duke, immense torque from low down in the rev range makes it an effortless car to drive. Fuel economy is very good if driven with circumspect but it is thirsty when driven with gusto. Reliabillity is unquestionable and build quality better than some of todays vechiles. Rust is a problem as rustprevention in those early days was poor. As the vechile is rearwheel drive it can be very entertaining to drive but will bite savagely if not treated with due respect. The nostalgia effect is everpresent and might cause one to oversee some little niggles, as the car is older than me but in better shape.Nov 17, 2011
