I like this car but would really like to talk to the previous owner to get the details on the motor. Over all it is a great car and a ball to drive and join my Mopar buddies at cruises and car shows.Nov 23, 2012

Dark Tourqoise metallic with factory white vinyl roof... It was the 500 series... Loved the roof line to the trunk... My first car in 1972...Only had a 318, but that was enough... Bucket seats, big trunk for hiding friends into the DRIVE IN MOVIES !!!Jul 03, 2010

This was my first car. Mine was beige (with three
different colors of primer), both quarters banged up,
318cc engine, automatic. I drove it from AR to UT and
sold it before joining the Army. Loved it because it
was my FIRST car, hated it because it was a Dodge,
oh, and ugly!Oct 28, 2008

The '62-'65 cars aren't as popular as the '66-'74 cars most people think of as true muscle cars, but this is how it began. Styled in the interim years after Virgil Exner left but before Elwood Engel fully took over, they're a little plain but that doesn't matter much when you're packing a 426 Max Wedge. They're more go than show with a certain sleeper aspect (The Little Old Lady from Pasadena drove a '64 Plymouth). Once you upgrade the brakes to handle the weight and power this car is great, reliable, and fast, though watch out when cornering. There's a lot of weight up front so wet roads and a limited slip can make any intersection feel like Dead Man's Curve. Still, they're smaller than '66-up Mopars so they'll hold the road better when it's dry. Aftermarket support of the '62-'65 Mopars has really hit the scene in the last 5 years making them a good choice for restoration, racing, or daily commuting.Apr 04, 2008
