We always get lots of looks, waves, & honks when we take Ruby out for a spin -and she sounds great with the 302 V-8 and glass-packs. She does well in local shows, having one a couple of People's Choice awards and best in class. She is one pampered pet!Jul 31, 2014

We had the "Sherman Tank" for 32 years. It was actually a Customline, but the options list for models didn't have it. The car went through 3 engines, 3 transmissions and two bodies, but the original rear axle went 238,000 miles.May 29, 2010

I have a 1956 Ford Fairlane I am trying to figure out the engine size. I have the VIN number but at a loss. Looking for some help or any kind of information please and thank you.

56 Fairlane 2-door hardtop
The doors on my 56 Fairlane Victoria do not close well. Striker plates are good and hinges are tight. Alignment is not a problem. I have noticed that the rotors on the latches have a lot of play in them and seem a little sloppy. Would this be a possible cause?
