Laura at Wagner was quick and informative with responses to my emails and calls. She took action on my questions and was prompt with follow up. Excellent customer service so far. I’m flying down to inspect and buy this week. Feel like I would use this dealer again. It’s been a great experience so far. 5/5. UPDATE: Laura and the entire staff at Wagner were great to deal with. I flew in from Seattle, they picked me up, and supported my test drive and independent pre- purchase inspection. They were fanatastic to deal with. I bought the vehicle and am currently driving it home (with plenty of detours). Seven states so far, and vehicle is excellent. Thanks to everyone at Wagner, especially Laura. Remains 5/5!

I had followed this car for about 4 months on CarGurus, and was notified of a recent price decline as it was removed from their loaner pool. I contacted them thru the CarGurus portal, had an first response within the hour. Negotiated via email and text for several hours and purchased car with my trade without walking in the door. They held the car via a small deposit for a couple of days. We had a few phone calls about minor details and was out of the dealership within 1.5 hours on pickup. A very stress free experience! No pressure from them to rate them within the Cadillac community as with another dealership where we had conducted business. Excellent experience!

Vehicle was out on loan everytime we had a chance to go look at it. The salesman was persistent with emails and calls. So because it was not on the property, is reason we are giving it 3 stars for this particular encounter. We have bought several cars from them over the years with top notch service in which we would give 5 stars.

I see conflicting reports. They tell me the car was sold but a week later it is still being advertised. As I am interested in this car I would like to know if it is available or not. On saying this they got back to me immediately and subsequently after my initial enquiry

They asked for deposit. when I got there and test drove, I asked to put deposit down so my wife and I could go talk. They refused my deposit, told me they would hold it for me and then sold car out from under me for more money!!!

Sales rep got back to me very quickly. But there was no wiggle room on the price. I then realized it was FWD and not AWD. That was a deal breaker for me.

Clay, Matt, Carl and everyone else I dealt with did a First Class job! Even had a small issue with the car and they fixed it at their expense. Can't say enough good things about these people. Sure worth the drive from North Texas to Tyler to buy a car from them! Couldn't have been a smoother purchase and more pleasant experience. I'd highly recommend them!
