This dealer is terrible. There was a price agreed over the phone on a Hyundai tucson. So we drove close to an hour to this dealership. Chris the salesperson is very nice in showing us the car. So were pleased with the vehicle and agreed in witing that we would buy the vehicle if the terms were as we agreed over the phone. He went to get the paperwork and the manager walks in and said there was a mistake and the actual price was 3000 more then what was given over the phone. This is a 25000 vehicle. So the increase was over 10%. The sales person Chris was sincere but the manager is why the car sales has a bad reputation. We would never buy from this dealership nor this Hyundai brand just because of this act by the manager.

The pictures were deceiving. I understand why they didn't mention the poor paint on the roof but at least be up front about the issue. After I test drove, the CV boot was making a noise which would indicate an upcoming issue. The manager Joey tried to explain the noise was something else. Joey didn't seem trustworthy at all. Thanks for for trying Joey.

We negotiated a deal upfront and drove out from Long Beach, but they didn’t tell us that the AC wasn’t working on the car until we got there. Just very underhanded!

They called immediately and called back and told me that the car was sold. I went and saw another car and did not buy. They were a bit pushy but polite and professional.

Good communication I was trying to deal with one salesperson, it finally happened. Thank You Trey but we could not come to an agreement to a price even though this vehicle was on the market for a while.

It took several days before they could get us actual pictures of the car. We don't live near the dealership so the entire purchase was over the phone plus overnighted docs, which was challenging but worked our fairly well. One problem was that the salesperson incorrectly stated the financing terms, which was eventually cleared up by talking to their finance rep.

They were not willing to help , but they did get back to me in a timely manner. That's why they got five stars. They did try to push me to call me down either. They were very curtious as well.

Dealer's rep was a straight shooter, professionally demonstrating interest in winning my business. Jessica, I believe. They also gave me the best price. Finance manager was a little problematic, but aren't they all??

I am very glad I did NOT get my car here. I was contacted by the dealer, but I told them I was no longer interested because they were too intrusive. Then they decided to kick it up a notch by signing me up for their subscription without my permission. Beware! Shady business!

I had a great experience at Subaru of Santa Monica. Professional, genuine, customer satisfaction. Bought a 2014 pre owned explorer here, and they treated me great. Got a deal i couldnt turn down with a 5 year warranty and extras. I'm definitely coming back when i buy another car

The picture in the ad wasn't even the car for sale. Finally got the salesman to send me some actual pictures, saw there was some body repair and paint cracking and peeling, he said it was nothing to worry about and it wasn't a crappy repair job. Enough for me to block his constant calls.

We had talked to them multiple times during the week, talked to them 2 hours before we left our town to let them know we were on our way to buy the car, had financing in place. Showed up at the dealership they sold the car 45 minutes before we arrived while we were in transit. We will not be dealing with them on any future purchases.

Sales persons did not greet me when I walked into the salesroom, didn't talk to me for 10 to 15 until I walked up to one of them and asked them about my contact person. The dealer I had spoken with several times on the phone and by email, was busy. The one assigned to me was not anxious to talk about or "sell" me the car I wanted and did not offer any alternative or try to interest me in any way. They offered no information, I had to ask all the questions.

The dealer contacted me promptly and we set up an appointment to test drive a Hyundai Accent. He called me two hours prior to our meeting to confirm. I let him know that I could actually come 30 mins earlier than scheduled. So when I arrived 1.5 hrs after his confirmation call, he told me that the car had just sold. The car wasn't even on the lot anymore, I found it a little suspicious. I decided to test drive a Nissan Versa instead. The test drive went well and the dealer was informative. If that had been the end of my experience I likely would have given this a 4 star rating: good service, but disappointed about the quick sale on the car I wanted and no phone call to alert me. Instead, this dealer has been calling me non-stop. I let them know that I was not interested in the Versa, but they felt the need to call and ask WHY I was not interested in the Versa-- because it's not the car I scheduled a test drive for, that's why! I told him I'd check their website and I'd contact them if I saw something of interest. However, they keep calling and leaving messages or simply hanging up when my voicemail comes on. I've added their number to my auto-reject list.

The absolute worse. No wonder when you drive by those dealers on samo blvd. there are no people shopping for cars. Bought a newer better 4 times more expensive car from another dealer after dealing with these people. The absolute worse unprofessional.
