I drove over an hour to see a 2018 Nissan Murano Platinum AWD that they had for sale for over two months with no price reduction, assuming that it must have been in mint condition, since they refused to budge on price via email only to find that the vehicle had damage to the front bumper and a discolored rear bumper - I looked under the vehicle and it appears to have been replaced, despite no "reported" accidents on the vehicle history. It also had a very poorly hand painted pinstripe on the vehicle. You can't peel that mess off but their pictures made it look less terrible. I'll never return to this dealership.

We price our vehicles very aggressively up front and that is the primary reason we do not normally reduce prices, not necessarily because the vehicle is in “mint” condition. And though we do have many used vehicles that would qualify for that description, it should not be assumed so. I really want this car but they still give me a very high interest rate with a Co which my brother credit credit score was almost 800 the Gm was very rude and the sales man Daniel Hass was very unprofessional the way he treats us like we were buying our first car and the car was only 17,000 3 days latter I got a 2019 Jetta top of the line with my brother co sin for me I have to said I have the worst experience in this dealership and I drove 45 minutes out my twice

I setup an appointment to see a truck and the saleswoman (Jean Henry) replied with "I will have the truck out front when you get here". When I arrived she was not even around...The truck was as far from the front as it could be and had a flat tire. I waited around for her for ten minutes and when she finally showed up she asked one of the other salesman to "deal with me" because she had a "walk in". The other salesman was very helpful and filled the tire up and took it for a ride with me. She texted me later to say "sorry the truck didn't work out", not, I am sorry for blowing you off and wasting your time. Because of her, I will not shop here again!

The internet salesperson was professional and honest and the dealership itself was very nice and busy. The car we looked at was not ready to be shown. It was dirty and the brakes were grinding. I didn’t buy the car but I didn’t hold it against the dealership.

Please remove listings that have been already sold! I went to the dealer shop a week ago to look at three pre- owned cars, but of course all of them had been already sold. They are still on the listings! Typical bait and switch! Instead, they tried to hook me up with another car. I wasted about an hour sitting and waiting to hear whether the cars are still available, even though I was told that they were available through emails. Don't waste your time. I don't know how they've got such a high dealer ratings.

We are sorry that you experienced this. We are a very high volume store and it occasionally happens that a vehicle is no longer available by the time a customer arrives to look at it. We do our best to stay on top of these situations and will call the customer as soon as that becomes known. With 26 salespeople and 1000+ vehicles in inventory, we admittedly do not catch them all. Salesman was honest and helpful. Although I did not buy the car, he was all I could ask for - pointed out features, looked them up if needed, and offered to help in any way possible. This was an overall good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to go back if they had another car I'm interested in.

Bugged me all week asking if i was interested in the car, that wasn’t a big deal, but then they email in the morning Asking how they can get me to buy the car (ie. lower the price, raise my trade value, etc.) so i email them back asking which listing since I’ve contacted lots of dealerships about this specific car, and they email me back saying they currently had none of that car available. Sure it could’ve been sold in between emails but i doubt it.

Our slaesperson, Amy was very nice and she helped us a lot with the car buying process. When we showed up the first time to test drive the vehicle, it wouldnt start because of a dead battery and a blown fuse. She was very apologetic and went out of her way to find another vehicle of the same make, model, and age with similer mileage that we could test drive. When we decided we liked the vehicle, she made sure the battery was replaced, fuses fixed, brakes replaced, etc. The car was also very clean when we picked it up! We enjoyed our experiance.

Sent in my trade in information as requested but never received an appraisal. Called to let them know I was coming to look at the vehicle in a hour. They told me it was there and they were looking right at it. Arrive there to find no sales person aware we were coming and the vehicle was at another lot. Wasted 40 minutes on a Sunday morning. They need to tighten up there service.

My experience was Good....Kevin was helpful. Apologetic. Love the car. Car wasn’t as clean as I thought it should be.... I believe when you buy a car, no matter New or used they should be on point. Especially the used ones.... they need a little more TLC.. the new are mint already, so they’re easier to clean. I’ve seen other dealerships take pictures of you with your new car and show a little more love and meet owner and he says thank you for purchasing one of his cars... guess all dealerships are different. I guess when you sell as many cars as they do, practices probably change but bottom line I love my car!

Excellent experience. The only things not too good are - no manual; cracked shift knob; some paint scratched off hood edge; a scratch on the inside of the passenger door; a scratch on the rear leather headrest; and a ding in the passenger door, most of which was not visible when I looked at it for the first time. Probably will cost me $500 or more to fix everything. They should eat the cost of that

I like the communication with LB dealership. Always engage with the potential buyer, but need to be able to make me want to buy the car and that's a skill that is hard to come buy. I visited the dealership and was a little disappointed in the person who showed me the car. He did not offer a test drive, nor did he have any knowledge of the vehicle. A little disappointing. Plus the vehicle that I would like to purchase, is a little overpriced.

i never got the name of the sales person i dealt. we contacted through text i told them my situation that i was from out of state and that person was awesome they were upfront with pricing and honest with every question I had. that's one of my biggest issues with car salesmen they are never upfront with pricing and that's where they lose any deal they could of had with me. Not this person i knew exactly what i was going to pay give or take a couple hundred. if it wasn't for my mistake on not realizing the interior was not the one i wanted he/she would have had a sale with me. if only more car sale people where like the one i dealt with. to be honest, I'm really bummed out that they didn't have the color interior i was looking for they really made me feel at ease with the buying process.

They can keep the car and choke on it - literally. This dealership sucks, I would NOT buy anything from them. Viewed cars had autobody work done to them but showed clean carfax. Dealership should be honest about the cars they are selling to the public.

But in general, the veracity of the auto history report is what we rely on when both acquiring a vehicle and showing it to our customers. If the vehicle had clearly visible body damage, that would or should have been evident to both the customer and the salesperson showing the vehicle. It serves us no purpose to try to conceal any defects. Nevertheless, we are still regretful that your experience was not up to expectations.

The worst!!! Drove an hour with an appointment and car was dirty, in a corner with no gas in it. They tried to get me back down but I asked for a simple request to show me picture the car has been cleaned up before I go back down and haven’t heard back. Will Never buy a car from them!!!

The car we prepared for your inspection had been detailed, had gas and was ready to be shown. We confess that not all our vehicles on the lot are in "show ready" condition only because of the sheer number of inventory we have. The vehicle I was supposed to test drive they told me was stolen the night before. Then when I chose another vehicle to buy (after test driving)there seemed to be issue after issue and I had a bad overall feeling and decided to look elsewhere.

Mike Silver was prompt with every reply and went out of his way to communicate with me as a deaf individual. I especially liked that he didn’t just spout info but pulled up resources online to back everything he told me about the car and the buying process. He answered all my questions efficiently and didn’t make me feel rushed in making a decision. I will definitely refer him and this dealership to others. Thank you!

Zach was fantastic. Even though I didn’t buy a car I will go back when I’m ready. Great service and professional attitude. No pressure relaxed atmosphere. Car was ready to view within an hour. Great price on the car.

This was the best experience I have had searching for a car. I have been to 4 different dealers over the past 2 months who have all tried to sell me something I did not want. My dealer here was awesome, he was friendly, helpful, and he got back to me immediately about all my questions! I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a car!

This dealership was by far the most helpful and. Curtious .Some dealerships with internet sales are a joke they won't answer questions just want you to come in very difficult when you are hours away .This dealership even offered to bring vehicle to me!!!!!! They went above and beyond to assist me.Even though they didn't have the exact vehicle I wanted I would always consider this dealership when I look again . They were awesome....

I would've given this a better rating. At first i was looking at a different 13 rogue, but was sold just before I got there to test drive it so I was a little upset. But they managed to get me into another 13 rogue, but I feel a more thorough inspection of the car would've been necessary as I've already needed to bring it in for some service.

I have nothing but great things to say about my time here. I bought the car that I wanted no hoops or problems. Easy to talk to and great attitudes. I walked out paying what I wanted and got what I wanted for my trade in. Thank you for making every thing perfect. Lawrence Perry and Alyssa in Fiance are a great team and they both had everything ready for me as we went through the steps. Was there a total of 1 hour and a half. Once to go in and talk. once I found what the deal was and were we were at I left. I texted Lawrence which had me fill some stuff out at home and two days later I was picking up my new to me car. Thank you for your hard work. This is a great experience and I work at a dealer.

By far, the best car purchase experience we've ever had! The dealer is in CT and we are in NY, and we did everything but test drive the vehicle over the phone and email. We worked with Kevin Lawrence and he was great! He was honest, helpful, and easy to work with. We were a bit nervous we'd make the drive to CT and the vehicle would not be what we expected or they wouldn't hold true to their word but everything went through without any hitches. We'd highly recommend the dealership and Kevin. Whenever it's time for another vehicle we'll know where to go. They are the only dealership we'll work with. They offer best value on your trade in, best pricing on your new vehicle, provide the best customer service, and hold true to their word!

Although I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from Blasius, my experience was great. Any and all of my questions were answered promptly by Jean. The used vehicle I was looking at was in excellent condition and the test drive was hassle free. Would not hesitate to go back to Blasius in the future.

on 08/06/2017 I placed a inquiry on this vehicle. I got an automated email from Mike " I was just alerted that you submitted an inquiry on a vehicle. As soon as I get back into the dealership, I will personally review your request and send you the information you need" Since than me and Mike spoke to each other on the phone and over 10 emails regarding this vehicle 2017 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum Edition AWD VIN: 1GYS4KKJ3HR358628 STOCK #: 2866C17. I finally got an appointment for Saturday 08/12/2017. i drove 2.5 hours from NYC to Waterbury CT to find out the vehicle has been sold. I was very upset and i made it know to Mike.I left empty handed without the vehicle. I drove back home for another 2.5 hours. on 08/13/2017 this same vehicle can up on my CARGURUS list. I than received a call from Daniel regarding an apponiment to come to the dealership to test driver and buy this 2017 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum Edition. I said to Daniel that i was under the imperssion this vehicle was sold on Saturday 08/12/2017. He basically said he will follow up. Later that day i got a call from Pat . And he basically said the owner of this dealership made the sale on the 2017 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum Edition.I told Pat about my expereice and he said he will stay in contact with me and try to find me a 2017 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum Edition VIN: 1GYS4KKJ3HR358628 STOCK #: 2866C17.(Never heard back from Pat) Today 08/23/2017 this same vehicle is still on there website and CarGurus's website with a price increase. Not sure that is going on. But do not waste your time making the trip to this dealership. Thank you

Dealer contacted me right away. Salesman was kind of pushy to make a sale. He wouldn't negotiate price even though its ringing in high. He then said they'd drop the cost $200 which is nothing. Then he mentioned a co workers brother was looking at the car and asked how I wanted to proceed. This was a month ago and the car is still there. I don't like being lied to or jerked around. Then I kept getting emails from them asking what they could do to make the sale happen. I'd tell them and nothing would budge. Waste of my time.

I drove 5 hours to find out that the car didn't have a panoramic sunroof like I was told. I had asked three times if it did have one and was told yes..The sticker they sent me also indicated that one existed. The car was in great shape and salesman was nice, however they should have given me a gift card or something for a wasted day. This issue was the dealerships fault not mine....

Sales person forgot which day I was picking up car as well as other details regarding purchase.- car was not ready on day that was prior agreed to. Had to contact sales manager to get definitive action after sales person was very laisse faire about mix up and didn't seem overly concerned about the inconvenience. Sales manager Steve definitely took care of situation and had the car delivered to my home the next evening.

This is my second car from cargurus.First I went to NJ and the dealer wanted $480 more.Saying they sent the wrong amount on the purchase order.also my salesman was not there had someone else.(we drove 3 hrs)so the reason for this 5 star rating is my sales person Curtis and the purchase order amount was accurate and no games played .Curtis was fast and replied back with in a acceptable time frame. Upon me and my wife's arrival Curtis was with some one else.so Ryan helped in the mean time.Both salesmen were professional and Pleasant to be with .i waited to do this review because there was some other matters that the dealer had to handle(another key ,paint dr and owners manul.Well they did all on there end.So if your close by or far away.These guys say what they mean.from beginning to the end I am over very satisfied.

He and the finance team worked very hard to get all the things I needed and the payment I wanted. I live in New York and drove a hour and a half and it was well worth the drive. We did everything over the phone and George told me we would be in and out when we got there to pick up the car and he and the finance department worked really hard and we were done in 45 min from start to finish. Great experience.

The salesmen were extremely helpful and polite. They didn't pressure me , they worked with me so that I had plenty of road test time , I'm picking up my new car Thursday :)

They were helpful but didn't give all the information on the car. We thought it was AWD but turns out it's just FWD. We also waited in the dealership from 8am to 5pm and was told it would be done by 2 then 3 and then 4 but didn't get out of there till 5....

Dealer does not want to sell the vehicle for the advertised price on Car Gurus. The mileage is 17,000 not the 20 miles listed. I would not use this dealer if you are serious about purchasing a vehicle. I received calls from several people from the dealership and then five minutes later I would get an email asking if I would keep them in mind for the future if I changed my mind on buying their car. I would not refer anyone to this dealer. Prices look good but they won't sell to you at these prices.

Called for a visit. I drove 30 miles just to hear the car got sold that morning. Was shown a different car by mistake and then when I told them no this is not the one you published and called me for, I was told it got sold. May be my bad luck I suppose.

Even though this wasn't the car for me I have nothing but good things to say about the dealership. I dealt with Mr. Perry and will continue to call upon him for help with finding the perfect car. He was knowledgeable, professional and has a good sense of humor. He did not use high pressure tactics to make a hard sell which I really appreciate. He's incredibly responsive with inquiries and offers a lot of information. The dealership itself is clean, and quite larger than I expected it to be. I was greeted and acknowledged by more than one employee. I will continue to do business with this dealership because of such a wonderful first experience.

Not 5 stars because Im bitter (lol) I didnt get the car I wanted, which was actually over priced. But this place is legit, and by far the best customer service Ive dealt with at dealerships. My only complaint and advice to others, are to check these prices before diving in. True Market Value means more, and carfax :)

I'm a female and I believe the Salesman got tired of negotiating with me and told me the vehicle was sold. Had a male friend contact them about the same vehicle the next day and found out it wasn't. We had very different experiences. Needless to say, I've purchased the vehicle somewhere else and I actually got a much better deal than what he said he "couldn't" give me. As a famale, it's very frustrating dealing with salespeople about cars. It was disappointing.

Awful, I had an appointment to see a vehicle, drove all the way down there to find out they sold it earlier in the morning. A call would have been nice. So you wasted my time and my gas. Not impressed with their service at all.

Tried hiding a hail damaged vehicle with dust and inside their extra dark service garage. They did a bait and switch deal on me 16 years ago. They haven't changed a bit since. They also said the truck I was looking at had no damage yet the front bumper had an 8 inch crack in it and the wheels were severely out of alignment.
