Super experience! No pressure. Felt very comfortable. I was late for my appointment on a Friday afternoon and they never once made me feel like it was an inconvenience to them. Strongly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.

We scheduled an appointment to drive the Shelby on Saturday afternoon. Of course we loved the car so ended up purchasing the vehicle. Everything went very smoother and everyone was great. Landon our sales person was friendly and informative without being overbearing. Luke the sales manager was very helpful by explaining the history of the vehicle. Tony helped with financing. Looking forward to visiting the team for my free oil change!

My husband and myself bought this vehicle without seeing it. The car was in great shape, except a little wear on the passenger seat. The dealership said they would send someone to our area and have it fixed. Just like clockwork, they did everything they said they would do right away. The seat looks brand new! The whole experience was smooth and fantastic! I highly recommend dealing with this dealership. We live a hour away, but it was well worth the drive! Thank you .

I found the staff at Johnson Ford very friendly and helpful. I give the dealership a 4 star instead of a 5 star for only one reason, I thought that they were a little high on the price and asked to have is lowered to $10K. Request denied! Car Fax rated the pricing as about $2K too much, I did buy the vehicle anyway, because it was what I was looking for and we had traveled over to New Richmond, WI from Minneapolis, MN with the intent of making the purchase.

Advertised the car differently than its actual specifications. Called twice to verify the features of the car. Was assured both times that the car had the feature I was looking for. When I got to the dealership the car did not have that feature. The were not honest, and it cost me 3 hours to drive out there, see the car, be disappointed and drive back. Recommend a different Ford dealership. Dont bother with this one.

Johnson Ford in New Richmond, WI, have nice Internet Sales Associates. I am hardly ever able to use my phone because I work in a basement of a huge building, but the contact was prompt and informative over e-mail.

I would never consider buying a vehicle from them again. They have a new manager that brought big town ethics to a small town. Or should I say, lack of ethics? On Monday 4/9/18 in the afternoon I contacted the Sales Manager at the dealership and negotiated what I needed added to the vehicle and asked for documentation to review. I was sent a purchase agreement. I reviewed the agreement and the next morning I called the dealership and asked to speak to the sales Manager I had spoken with the previous afternoon. I was told that he was not in , but was told that I could speak with the GM. The GM said that he couldn’t believe that the purchase agreement was $1200 below cost . I stated that I wanted to give him a deposit. He stated that someone was testdriving the vehicle and he wouldn’t take my deposit . I was told the next day , buy the sales manager I had been dealing with that a friend of the GM had purched the vehicle.

Landon at Johnson Ford was great to work with. Coming from almost two hours away the dealership had an appointment made for us, car was reserved so no one else could buy it before we arrived, and had it warmed up and running so we could get right in and test drive it. Sales experience was great. I would come back for our next vehicle.

This is definitely the place to buy a car! We have been shopping for a car for quite a while, but bought this car from this dealer the same day I went in for a test drive. If you are looking for pressure free, relaxed car buying this is the place to be. Ask for Chester! for an excellent car buying experience.

I was originally going to drive out to WI for the test drive but ran late at work. When I called them to notify they offered to drive the car out to me for a test drive that evening. The salesman (Chester) was friendly and quite knowledgeable. He demonstrated how the technology worked along with other options on the vehicle. Although we did not end up purchasing he car we thought the service was top rate and we appreciated the fact that they were willing to work with our schedule.

Fabulous! Bought the truck. Fair price. Great people. Super sales person (Chester) and sales managers. We got to meat someone from every department in the dealership. Will definitely do business with Johnson Ford again in the future and send referrals their was as well.

A+ !! DeLaney, Ryan, and John were awesome to work with. The Canyon I wanted to see was being test driven when I called. But they called me back to set up an appt in case it wasn't purchased. It wasn't. So when I got there i was able to drive the truck, have every question I have answered and just be talked to like a normal person, not just a possible sale. In the end I think i got a good deal on a very nice truck and they filled up the gas tank for me. I would definitely shop at Johnson in the future!

They were very helpful and continue to contact me about other vehicles they have on their lot. The 2008 GMC had sold before I could make the road trip up to their area to see but I am still in contact with them.

Very competitive prices but the price they offered me for my trade in was terrible. Vehicle wasn't ready when I arrived as promised. Took 2 hours just to get my trade in offer. Seemed old school in the way they do business. Ended up doing business elsewhere.

Dealer didn't want to appraise trade-in, unless I was going to commit to buying a car. I have never been told that. How can one commit until a value ideas are exchanged. Also, when some flaws are pointed out there should be a response, such as "we can work on that" vs just acknowledging.

I work long hours and and do car research online, then when I am interested I set up a time for a test drive. I had a time set up with Cox motors. They had my cell number and email, yet when I go there mysteriously the car "had sold last night". I could not find the email they said they sent, and a phone message would have been more appropriate for such a last minute change. My time is valuable, Cox Motors did not seem to have any respect for that.

I bought a used Nissan Titan from 1,900 miles away in WA state and I still saved thousands! Plus, it was a breeze! Everyone was super helpful, especially John who kept me informed of the transport rig locations along its route. Locating transportation services was handled by Jim, I never had make a single call, and the rate was comparable to those I found searching on my own. I highly reccommend Cox Motors to anyone shopping for a vehicle in the US or Canada.
