The price included discounts I didnt qualify for, so the price jumped up 2500 from what was advertised and they wouldn't come down. However, they did try to find an alternate car for me. I ultimately ended up buying somewhere else.

Beware of unpurchased items at sale! The finance manager George quoted us a high interest rate (although they had already run credit and knew we had excellent credit) We agreed to an extended warranty at a "discounted" payment at this high rate. Well you can imagine our surprise when we showed up with interest rate 1.7% better - but payment was exactly the same! It turns out the discount he have us on extended warranty was gone and increased and he actually added on another service that we didn't buy to get to the payment that was quoted at the higher rate. Our payment should have been lower by $25 because of the lower interest rate. I can only imagine how often they do this to people who don't understand and only remember what "payment" they were quoted. Completely unethical dealership. STAY AWAY!!!!

Not very well after the sell The heater stays on. The AC doesn't work. The passenger side mirror is very loose I left messages to the salesman and managers and no one bothered to call me.

I had a great experience. They made an appointment for me to come look at the car. The car was ready to go immediately to take a test drive. My salesman Mike was great and made the buying process very easy! I ended up buying the car!!!

Took a half day off work, drove 1 and 1/2 hours to see truck and it was wholesaled the night before, no calls, nothing, not sure why no one called to tell me not to come up, was beyond disappointed

I contacted DePaula chevrolet regarding a black, 2015 GMC acadia and the representative was excellent. However, I explained that I was comparing purchasing vs leasing as I no longer want to pay for auto repairs. I am going to check out leasing 2018 GMC Acadia since they have a special or leasing 2018 Ford Explorer. However, I will let if know what happens. I am waiting for additonal funds which will not be here until the end of June or beginning of July. thanks

Absolutely terrible. Although they have one or two decent sales people, the person I spoke to didn’t listen to, or didn’t care about, my stated needs and constraints; they didn’t tell the truth (the car that I had expressed interest in had already been sold and yet they told me to come in to meet the manager to discuss a deal on that specific vehicle). In my experience, their system and their way of working demonstrated an institutionalized disregard for customers. Their internet and telemarketing people don’t appear to know what is going on, and the company doesn’t seem to be set to be able to communicate internally. Shop somewhere else would be my advice.

I went to look at a used vehicle after I was told over the phone that they could make a deal. After driving over an hour one way,they were very rude and dismissive. Bait and switch routine.Ending up buying two vehicles from another dealer.

I looked at an 18 traverse. The salesman was nice, but They signifcantly lowballed my trade saying they have a special deal with kelly bluebook or car gurus to figure out exactly what its worth. #weaksalesploy. In reality most dealerships are willing to eat some loss on a trade because they know they are still making profit hand over fist. I got a much better deal elsewhere and i didnt have to beg bargain or haggle to get it. They just gave me a significantly better offer (almost 3k) on the first go around and were willing to negotiate further. I'm convinced you will always have to pay far more at dipaula for the same car you can get elsewhere.

Brought me in for a car that wasn't even available. Girl on phone wasn't helpful. Upon arrival I received excellent service at the used car lot from Geoff raylinsky. He appoligized for not having that particular car.I ended up finding a bether car for a lower price anyways. It was a great experience overall. Pick up a beautiful ford explorer tomorrow.

The salesman, Chris Lambert, was very knowledgeable and kept the sales manager nonsense to a minimum. Paperwork was done on time, and the dealership was very good about holding the car for me since the auto insurer of the driver who totaled my car kept playing games with paperwork and taking forever to process my payment.

The experience at DePaula was horrible! Last place i would suggest anyone to purchase a car. I found a jeep that i was interested in drove to the dealership to take a look at it. A salesman approached me on the lot and i asked if the price could be worked on. He said no so i walked away from the car. with in minutes i received a call and they lowered the price. I decided to set up a appointment to test drive it. Day of the test drive they called me and emailed me to make sure i was still coming in for the appointment. I responded yes and was there on time and even took the afternoon off of work to make it there. when i arrived they did not know why i was there, even though my name was scrolling on a computer screen behind the desk for test drives. then the lady at the front desk asked what car i was interested in and told me that one is one another lot. i said they contacted me this afternoon and told me to come here. she said that's a "auto response" the computer does and not a person!!! Then i said i would drive to the other lot to see the car. as i was leaving a salesman followed me out and said i think the jeep is sold! i said they just emailed me two hours ago. he went inside to check and it was sold! Then asked if i wanted to look at another car. This is the worst way to do business. So very unprofessional and very very deceiving! As a business women, this would be the last way you would ever treat a customer! They lost my business and everyone in my family. I hope this review helps someone second guess the integrity i this dealer. ada

Very disappointing experience. Test drove a CTSV on May 31st and obtained service records. Called back Friday June 2nd to make offer. (Salesman and manager I was dealing with had the day off but secretary assured me they would call back the same day.) Called back Saturday morning when they opened, management staff was in morning meeting but someone would call me back asap. I called back again around noon, left another message. Then I received an email saying the car was already sold. Got a phone call and email Wednesday, June 7th saying the car was available again. Made an appointment for Thursday morning to do paperwork. Spent about an hour there only for the manager to come back to tell me he was trying to finalize the paperwork but the car was actually sold, again. Both manager and salesman offered their best apologies but that is no way to do business. I would be very hesitant to consider doing business there again.

I spoke with Anthony..I had problems with financing because of my credit and I changed my decision on car once..He was with me patiently during all this..I got my deposit back without an issue after I decided pull out of it as finance rates didn't workout for me.

The dealership was very good to work with. No games and responsive to my questions. The truck is older, but has low miles and a cardiac report was offered right at the beginning. A long test drive and no issues with the truck. I would recommend Depalua for sure.

The car was there in the DePaula Chevrolet parking lot with a "already sold" sign and with 23,000USD price tag, which is 3,000USD more then Cargurus advertized 20,000USD. Although the car is already sold, it's still not removed from the Cargurus website.

They entertained no wiggle room in the price, provided only one key for vehicle and never called back after leaving messages.

salesman never showed me the vehicle that I inquired about. Lowball offer on my trade in. In the dealership for over 2 hours and twenty minutes.Not pleased with the experience. Likely would not return nor recommend.
