Very helpful throughout the process!
Very disappointed there was hidden fees and taxes after settling on sale price. I asked both the manager and salesman if any hidden fees both repeatedly said no and then there was a doc fee of 693.00 plus 44.00 tax added onto the written copy. Also equipment stated on website did not physically exist in/on vehicle. Save getting a headache and shop somewhere else.

I highly recommend this dealership. I had the pleasure of working with Serena and Darryl. They have the best inventory of certified preowned NISSAN Rogue’s in Southeast New England. It was well worth the 65 mile trip. I’ve been looking at vehicles for a month, they may be comfortable and there was no difficulty negotiating. I highly recommend Darryl, He is just a good, honest and sincere man. That makes him a great salesman in my book.

Customer service is poor in this dealership.They called me and told me that my car is ready, but when I came to pick it up ,the car did not have an inspection sticker.I had to wait for 1,5 hour until it’s done ,no one even apologized for inconvenience
Awful experience! Drove almost an hour to see a car; which was NOT on the lot because a manager was driving it. Requested at least one other time and again was told “it’s not here but we can arrange it.” Also, he price of the vehicle INCREASED after being advertised for 4 days at one price it jumped $1500, and was told that was an “error.” Will never do business here...
She was great, answered all of my questions quickly and professionally I am completely satisfied.
We looked at this car but were frankly unimpressed so we bought a loaded Senada instead.
Went there looking to purchase two vehicles instead I left frustrated and upset. The salesman didn’t really go out of his way or try to answer any questions even though I test drove a few vehicles I was not impressed with the inventory or the help.

I received a quick response but ended up buying another car some distance away.
This sale may have been a little unusual, as we were looking for cars for my daughter who lives out of state. In the end everything worked out and I think we got a good deal. But there were some communication mishaps along the way.

I made several attempts to purchase a Subaru Forester, but they were non-
communicative after the first few exchanges. I was ready to pay cash, but they
ceased answering my emails. The last I heard from them was a text from the
salesman telling me the finance individual had been too busy to call me.
Very professional not overbearing at all.
Look for Kinzha if you go here. She was great. She was friendly, not pushy,
and showed me cars that were all within the parameters of what I asked for.
She knew all about the cars, was kind and generous and showed me all the
options I could do without pretending there were only the expensive ones.
She never left me to just sit and wait (this happened with numerous male
salesmen in other dealerships), and treated me with respect. I'd buy a car
from her anytime, hands down. Paul, the finance manager, was also friendly
and explained everything up front. I would highly HIGHLY recommend them.
Balise hyundai was great they got me my car super fast and i am loving this car
Prompt response to my inquiry. The vehicle I was interested in had a reported accident. I wanted to know more about it. The dealer had no idea what was damaged and or replaced on the vehicle. I feel they should know that.

Arrived, walked around small empty showroom before being approached. Had made appointment with sales manager who had left for the day. When I got into vehicle to test drive seat belt would not latch, they had me drive anyway. Once on highway driver by began honking and waving. A quick glance shown the rear quarter panel flapping in the wind, hanging on by a thread. I then asked the significance of certified pre-owned at which point the sale person explained to be certified pre-owned is to undergo a rigorous 125 point safety inspection.... The vehicle description stated no accident, but once back the dealership The side of the bed where the quarter panel was barely attached had clearly been struck. I would not recommend spending my time here if you value you or your family's time and safety
I loved this app and valise Nissan
I did get a response from Balise and decided the distance is a little to far.
Also I have changed my mind about the time of getting another car.

The internet sales reps were very responsive. They sent me pictures upon request. I ended up buying the car from salesman Jimmy who is awesome. It was a true no pressure experience. I couldn't be happier.

We were very interested & very serious about buying a car from this dealer. But my experience was absolutely the worst. We went down to look at the car after confirming that it was there… We arrived at the dealership and the car was gone. I wrote to the dealer following day and told them I was still interested in the car… They didn't get back to me by the end of the day and had sold the car. My advice run

Great experience. Bought car but just so you know the advertisement on CarGurus that brought me in to buy this vehicle which said navigation was not accurate and it did not have navigation so I was kind of bummed about that.
Dealership was confused about why I was coming by and what I was
looking for. After they figured it out, Jimmy showed me what I was looking
Would not negotiate. Truck was $4500 above fair market price.
Told them to get lost.

these guys are manipulative and misleading. i recently worked with them and made the mistake of letting them know it was my first time buying a vehicle through a dealer. they obscured facts regarding the condition of the vehicle that i only discovered after a four hour drive to see the truck. they tried to give me a super high apr, before i got a much better rate from a credit union. they then tried to add on fees and taxes that i didn't understand, which were noted by the credit union and promptly removed.
i would strongly suggest NOT working with this dealership.
