Great service

An absolute nightmare of an experience. This dealership will flat out lie and gaslight you. They will tell you a certain price and then slip the higher amount into your contract “accidentally”, except you’ll catch them and then they will deny the price they previously agree to. They throw in BS fees and “packages” that are “mandatory” and have to be purchased as an additional fee but when you read the paperwork (which they rush you through and their numbers don’t match the agreed price) it will read that package is completely voluntary and doesn’t need to be agreed to for purchase or financing. Watch the insurance rate too. They will tell you one thing one day and then something different the next. When you bring this up, they literally yell “no” at you. They are truly the worst dealership I’ve ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and don’t even bother setting foot on their floor. Be careful for the service fees at the service side as well. Just an absolute horrible business.

Great overall experience! Can't remember a car buying experience that was so non stressful. Krishna Mortensen the sales consultant was fantastic. We completed the purchase with great satisfaction.
