Cesar was helpful and pleasant. I bought a Volvo that was traded in and I appreciated his honesty about not knowing about Volvos because he sells VW. Norma in financing was very knowledgeable. I came in with pre approved financing from capital one, but let me know that because my credit is so good, she looked and got me a better rate with a credit union. If I were a VW driver and not a Volvo driver, I would not hesitate buying a car from VW of North Attleboro.

A weird ride. The price went up, substantially, the day after I expressed interest in the car. When I visited the showroom in Watertown, the actual car on offer was not to be seen. I apparently would not be allowed to see it unless we settled on a price. (The car was said to be in Wayland, and shipping it to Watertown was an issue.) Yep, this was a bait-and-switch -- they offered a car I had been watching at a very attractive price, and then instantly changed it when I expressed interest. I heard a lot of excuses, complaining about software problems, but none of the explanations added up. The price initially offered was never explained, or honored. At least these guys responded to me. After a lot of negotiating (and hearing excuses for the bait-and-switch pricing), we did arrive at a deal, on a different car. This was not a pleasant purchasing experience -- I was ready to walk out at several points in the process. Not what I'd wish on any fellow human being, but not the worst.

From beginning to end the staff treated me with respect and in 2 hours I owned a new vehicle. Their first rate preparation for delivery is worth noting. I would recommend this dealership for those shopping used or new.
