Disappointed that the listed car had been sold over a month ago but was still being advertised, but I spoke in depth with Lila over the phone. She explained the differences in packages and associated costs. She was able to give me a rough idea of what the car I wanted would cost if it came in. I was not expecting such great customer service over the phone. Many dealerships want you to come in so they can give a sales pitch. Stay away . Drove 3 hours for schedule appointment just to find out vehicle driver seat was removed and battery discharge .Total waste of time

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership and I have the text messages to prove it. I recommend no one go to this dealership because there liars and thieves. I ask them to match a deal I had on a tundra platinum with another dealership because advantage had the color I wanted and told them all the information. I was on the phone all day with the sales woman, meanwhile I am at work working construction all day. They finally say they can match the deal. I said I am working 14hrs but will ask my boss to leave early and sign the paperwork. I rush over to advantage toyota in the dead of rush hour. When I get there they greet me and show me the truck, everything seems perfect. Then we sit down and go over finances. I take my credit card out ready to hand over and the sales woman says the manager made a mistake and never put taxes and fees in the deal. Remember I have been talking to this woman all day about the deal no way there was a mistake.

I was dealing with Mindy over the phone and had planned to come in and test drive the car. Since I couldn’t make it in right away I was going to put a deposit down. She told me someone would contact me to take a deposit. No one called. The next day someone else put a deposit on the car. I asked for a follow up if the deal didn’t go through, but never got one. I called again and was told the deal did in fact fall through and did I want to leave a deposit. 30 minutes later I get a text saying that someone ELSE put a deposit. Really??!!! Great job people. No thank you. I took my business elsewhere.

This is the best dealership. Abdul, the salesman Mulla the sales manager Ronny the business manager All of them were amazing. They helped me so much. Answered all of my questions. I will always go back. Please If you want to be treated like family please go there. You will not be disappointed
