Straightforward and easy to deal with. My only complaint is the slow turnaround time on title/registration processes. It's been awhile since I bought a car but I don't remember these things taking so long. I guess the DMV has changed.

The dealership did not allow me to have the car checked out by the Lexus or Toyota dealership. This prevented me from verifying the condition of the car. The Operations managers was not helpful at all. I was basically told to go elsewhere to purchase a vehicle by the sales rep Mohamed.

The dealer (Chris) enthusiastically took a $500 deposit from me to hold a vehicle that I was very interested in purchasing. I was trying to help my daughter get another vehicle and not spend a ton of money. I was not doing any kind of loan. When her Dad (we are separated) heard I was draining my finances for the amount of the vehicle, he poked around and came up with another one that was 5K less, so he took my daughter to see it. In the interim, Chris called 2 days later (after our initial telcon) to inquire when we would be coming down. I explained that coincidentally her Dad had taken her to look at another car, that very same day, and if anything changed I would call him right away. They decided on the vehicle they looked at and took it home. I called Chris to let him know, and for the return of my deposit. Still no reverse charge on my card showing up! I didn't commit nor sign anything, so beware if you put down a deposit over the phone to hold a vehicle to look at!!
