I made an appointment with the dealership to purchase a vehicle through the internet and I came up that day and Andrew Garret was waiting for me. We got all the paperwork in orders signed everything very professionally explained everything to me test drive the vehicle the vehicle was gone over looked at the Carfax drove it ran excellent came back into the dealership sat in the office with Garrett and then I was to go see another gentleman his name is Mr Carlton and he does all the financing extended warranties and so forth very knowledgeable very professional explain everything we got everything signed all the paperwork done plates title insurance everything I would recommend this company this Ford dealership to everybody I know very professional very professional.

I would love to give Team five stars. I did buy their truck. It was difficult the first try. I got some sales manager who was over all Team stores on New Year's Eve. I showed him how much his truck was listed for on Car Gurus five days prior. I made him that offer because it would help off set the 899. Doc Fees and the 600. wax fee. He pretty much told be No. You take this price which was thousands more than everyone else is selling a 2022 RAM 2500 for. So I left. I was really busy so I did not have the time to make it to another dealership. A week later on a Tuesday Car Gurus sent me a price reduction. Now the truck was 1K less than I offered a week prior. The genius sales manager should have taken my offer. It is three hours from my house in Western NC to Morganton, NC. I contacted Team again. I worked with David and Ryan. I put down a deposit to hold the truck until the weekend. I got to the dealership around 0930, I was driving out at 1030. ----SO MUCH MORE TO SAY out of space!!!

I drove over 2 hours to look at the GMC terrain. When I arrived there the salesperson was with another customer. I took the test drive and was probably going to make the purchase. Even though I had limited contact with sales rep. She told me I could leave deposit and they would hold to Saturday so wife could look at it. While waiting for salesperson to finish with customer for 2 hours I talked to manager. Sales manager was cocky and said they couldn't hold car? He made me feel like he was doing me a favor selling me a car. That he had someone coming the next day to see it. After talking to him he got me so aggravated I left without putting deposit down. Next day surprise surprise the other person didn't show. I believe he was just trying to push this sale. Long story short I bought a better car from a dealership that appreciated my business. Wouldn't go back to Morganton Honda if it was the last dealership left!!!! Was a big waste of day and drive!!!! Doesn't deserve the 1 star.
