Fair. The dealer was unwilling to take an offer different than the listed price. When pushed that the KBB book value was lower, the dealer said they did not use the KBB cost. Yet the dealer uses KBB for your trade in on their website. Definitely seemed like dealing with a used car dealership in negative terms.
