Same dealer bs that they always pull. Agreed to pay the asking price and then they pulled all the standard up sale games and it took me almost 3hrs to leave with the car. I can’t wait until all these car dealerships are out of business. Never a pleasant experience.

Worst car buying experience EVER! I’ve searched for a used car for 2 years. Had cash, loved this Kia and ready to buy! I’d been speaking to Darian and was great from the start. Went in for a test drive but he was off so was passed onto Martin. He seemed like a nice guy but didn’t know this vehicle well and he wasn’t aware it was a Nightfall edition. The car drove perfectly but had some cosmetic issues that would’ve been cheap to fix. It was advertised on 2 apps for 3 months and plenty of time to fix. I asked if this SUV had been stolen or had accident and he said no, just an attempted theft and no accidents. Come to find out way later after I backed out that it had been stolen and wrecked. I was uneasy but still planned on buying it. Had appt to come pay and sign papers but was told the keys were lost in remodel. Wtf?! SUV wasn’t detailed or gassed up. No way I’d deal with these people. Darian and Dante are great but others are scumbags to say the least. Beware people!!

We made arrangements to view car that we saw on Car Guru and had to take ferry etc to dealership. Multiple people contacted us on the morning that we were to view car and we were excited to see it. When we get there, they said"oh, it looks like we sold the car the day before-but we have these other cars you can look at- all prices negotiable..." and proceeded to give all this used car salesman bs and had to deal with this inept and dsyfunctional salesperson. The experience was so bad it was good as we now have our "bad day at a car dealship" story we can share. no wonder the dealership has so many 1 star reviews....
