The Paul Masse sales folks were all helpful, courteous and not pushy. They also were at pains to accommodate our wishes as buyers, seemingly, a focus on the longer term goal of building satisfied customers who will pass the word around - and return - rather than extracting the maximum in the short term from one sale. It is rather sad I have to write this review. Buying thr car was quick and painless they switched out the battery at thr last minute because they thought it needed to be car was what I expected. Everything happened fast and went smoothly. Then I got to go over all the paperwork a day later. That'd were it turns. I was told a 2 year power train warranty was part of thr deal. It was said on more than one conversation. But NEVER in any was it said that it was needed or that I would be charged 1492.00 in my loan for it. Shame on me for not seeing it at first but shame on them for NEVER mentioning the cost of it or that it was not required to get the loan. To say I am disappointed and fuming over it is an understatement. When I brought it to there attention all I got was oh sorry I am pretty sure I told you. Ahh no you did not. I guess when dealing with these guys make sure you read everything and I mean everything or you will be paying way more than the car is worth.
