I went on for a test drive and sat down with a man who worked there about pricing and payment. Initially when we sat down I expressed all my questions and concerns about the car and asked multiple times if there was anything wrong with it. To which he answered, there is nothing wrong with it, although it has been in an accident but all the damages were repaired and the car is ready to go. He tried to get me to pay on the spot but I told him thanks for your help I will come back with my parents another day to see what they think… When I came back a different gentleman helped me out and told me there were in fact MANY things wrong with this car, and it couldnt even pass inspection. The replacements this car needed would have cost an extra $6,000! I of course declined the offer at that point but it would have been nice to know when I originally came for my test drive. The second guy who helped me was VERY informative and genuine. As far as the other salesman… not so much. Waste of time

Smoothest experience! The staff took care of everything including contacting my insurance to get my new car on board. I had to bring my 1 year old and they had a little play area to keep him busy while we waited for paperwork. I’m grateful for them! Overall top notch experience. While some fees are higher than other dealers the out the door price for the used 2022 Mazda 3 Premium I purchased was great. The sales manager and especially the salesman that I dealt with Ivan, where excellent. Ivan is the kind of car salesmen that you hope to deal with, not pushy, knowledgeable, quick to respond to questions. Basically opposite of the old car salesman stereotype. Highly recommend Sansone Mazda and especially Ivan.
