Followed up very fast. Provided many options and alternatives when original car was no longer available. Only negative comment: after purchasing it appeared the interior had not been fully detailed, not a huge deal but would have been nice.

I saw the vehicle online and made contact with the dealership. I then drove 2 1/2 hours to see the car. I went home and did my research and looked around to be sure it was the vehicle I wanted. I stayed in contact with the salesperson and the following Monday morning I called and told my salesperson that I wanted the car. He said great and asked me for a few items; drivers license and insurance, which I sent. 10 minutes later I get a call saying that someone was coming to look at the car and if they choose to buy it, I was out of luck. I talked with the sales manager and he informed me that I should of bought the car the day I came in and that he would not honor that I had just called in to purchase the vehicle and the other party had not even seen it yet. Super frustrated and felt talked down too because I wanted to do my research. Would not trust or want to work with a business like that.
