Ended up buying from this dealer. I was late to the appointment, and they were very accommodating because it was a long drive and traffic was terrible. Everyone was super nice and felt like no pressure. The truck was cleaned up beyond my expectations and ran great! The check engine light came on first day, but they did put a three year warranty on it, and already check it out. They seem like they will fix the issue once the part comes in. Drives fine at this point, but of course, the diagnostic issue needs to be resolved. They were very open and honest about the issue and I even talked personally to the mechanic. Which was very reassuring . They seem to run a clean and efficient business, and stand by their products. Thanks to everyone

I contacted Mike Anderson on Wednesday and spoke with Kevin. I told him i was very interested in the car, and i would be down on Friday to check it out. Kevin said he would have the car detailed and the oil changed by then. We arrived around noon on Friday. They had not serviced the car. I test drove the car and told Kevin i wanted the car. We agreed we would go to lunch, and they would service the car while we were at lunch. We got back at 2pm as we agreed on the time. The car had not been serviced. We waited until 4pm for them to start the service. When they said it was finished, I asked if they had changed the oil like they promised. No, they had not. So, they went back and changed it. This was supposed to have been done before i got there. We had to wait about 5 hours for them to service and change the oil. Through this Keven was very nice. But we were quite frustrated and annoyed at having to wait to have the service completed.
