We drove from Naples to Port Charlot to check out this vehicle. Incidentally, we own exactly the same year and model, just with a few more miles. Vehicle was not prepped as one would expect from a car dealership. Hood and engine were not clean and dusty., Oil was very dark and dirty. Vehicle had very scanty maintenance record. Compared to our Expedition, it did not drive right, and looked more worn. Dealer uses outdated sales tactics and by the time they added unwarranted gimmicky cost, price was in $23K range. We offered 14,500 - $14,850 + Tax cash!. They did not take it. No respect for client time. We were there over 3 hours. Sales Rep left multiple times to talk with the manager, letting us sit there for 20 minutes to 1/2 hour. Then, Rep returned with Finance Director, who juggled numbers. We finally stated our offer and my wife got irritated and stated: we can not spend here whole day, we have other things to do and we left. We decided that his was not a place to buy.
