Kim Brimer was incredibly responsive and pleasant to work with. I was an out-of-town customer and she went above and beyond to get me as much information as quickly as she could through emails, videos of the car, photos and text messages - all upon my request, and she ensured that I could make the long trip to come see the car without allowing it to be sold out from under me like so many other dealerships you hear about (and I've experienced). I didn't end up purchasing the car for personal reasons, but she was great to work with regardless and I'd recommend working with her to anyone out there.

I called to speak with the dealership and inquire about a 2023 Mustang I spoke with Salesman and my preapproval would cover their outdoor price all except for $1000. Well, they denied that but then sent the car to auction and it's now in Georgia because I called the dealer back and you know Was just gonna pay the money myself but they had auctioned it and it was a dealer in Georgia now so rather than a customer out with $1000 discount that was ready to buy the car that day they lost way more than 1000 and let the car go to auction That just says to me money is more important than customers but then when you drive the customer away, I guess you have no choice but to auction off the vehicle I don't know it just didn't seem like very good customer service.
