I started the buying process on 1/12/24 and the truck was delivered on 1/24/24. The titling paperwork and payment process has gone smoothly (my biggest worry was having to wait for months to get a title and registration which has happened to some online purchases at various companies). Corinne and Megan, my RubyCar Customer Support Agents, have been very helpful and have answered my all of my numerous questions. I was apprehensive about purchasing in this manner, but process has gone well, except the delivery process. There were a few hiccups and the delivery was delayed a few days (One issue was the paperwork necessary to remove my vehicle from the storage facility. The second was the transport driver had an issue with another vehicle on his truck). I do wish there had been a little more communication from the transport company. All in all, the vehicle was delivered in good condition and was as advertised. I'm pleased with my 4Runner so far, and expect to be for a long time.
