Unfortunately, I should have taken the low reviews for this dealership more seriously. My son and I went to test drive a car today and the salesman was so disrespectful and nasty during our test drive that my son turned around and went back immediately. He was asking questions about if this would be cash or finance which was fine but my answer of a combo of both finance/cash and was not sure until I see the final numbers with approval from my son to buy the car. That apparently was not an acceptable answer and the salesperson went into attack mode and was acting extremely childish and over the top rude/argumentative. He needs to be fired and never work in the customer service business ever. Well too bad for the dealership because my son bought a car today elsewhere. I don’t recommend this dealership to anyone so you’ve been warned!!!

Jacked up price shown on CarGurus by $12,000 +. Then told us that the price we saw online was the âinternet priceâ and not the actual price. Whhhaaattt!?!!!? Called asked for OTD they said 57.9k asked if that was with nyc sales tax said yes, car gurus price for car was 49,991, on their dealer website is 48,991, sales manager sent me paperwork with all fees off of a 52k price not 49.9k nor 48.9k asked them what’s up with that why he not honoring price online he proceeds to change price online while on fone with me but I have pictures of price, deceitful then quotes me 59.9k OTD because they dint include my state sales tax. typical bs fees and the run around saying can’t get those prices cause I’m not financing with them nor do I have a trade in what a joke, don’t waste your time.
