I contacted the dealer about their best price on Monday, the salesman DeAngelo got me an Out-The-Door price. Tuesday afternoon I talked to him on the phone and confirmed with him the price quoted to me was their best price. The funny thing is that at 9am Tuesdays morning, 3 hours before the phone call I got an email from the dealership that the price had dropped $1100.00, the salesman failed to mention it and said he "just talked to his boss" all the while he was trying to get me to pay the old price. Lying is normal for dealers at this dealership I would be willing to bet.

The dealer responded within 24 hours. Unfortunately, the dealer listed a price they did not expect anyone to pay to get my attention. They showed a price with every possible discount taken, and only expect you to get one or two. I am grateful for the honesty of the salesman that told me that I would not qualify for those discounts and would end up paying full price so that I did not waste an hour and a half trip to test a car that had no discount for me.

Just left dealership! Only positive, called ahead and Natasha brought car to front of lot expecting us. As soon as I walked up to vehicle I noticed hail damage on hood and roof areas as well as multiple scratches/chips in paint that should have been visible from pics listed, esp the scratches on passenger side front bumper. Vehicle was dusty inside and out. Should have been detailed/wiped down at least, considering our expected 1 1/2 travel time. Would not expect to see a vehicle with such damage listed!

Nan did a good job working with us, she made sure the new car was put in the garage so we could get our stuff out of our vehicle and put it in the new one. The only problem we are having, is the rear Defroster is not working, don't know if it has blown a fuse or what, will be making contact with then this week.
