I would highly recommend this store the staff are all well dressed and very friendly.

Both Mark the salesman and John the Finance Guy were great to deal with. There was no pressure from either of them. When it was time to buy, I was in and out in about an hour! I’m happy so far!

Very helpful, no pressure, car was detailed beautifully when we picked it up.

They were pushy and rude! They called ya and told ya they got an approval told us an amount we drove an hour to check it out. Get there drive it, like it. Guy comes out saying he needs an answer has so many other interested parties. Super aggressive and ignorant! Then finance manager calls us in to say oh you need to add this warranty for the approval and payments go up fifty a month! We decline he says then apr goes up so payments are still that much more a month! So they didn’t get the original amount approved or they did with it included and wanted to then screw us! So grimey!! Never again!

While they were quick to follow up, they had no flexibility in even offering me a range on my trade in without coming down there. I live over an hour away, which I explained, making that a tall ask just to see if we’re remotely close on the value. Every other dealership I worked with was more than happy to provide an estimate based on VIN, Mileage, and pictures; but not this one. Rather short on the phone, and didn’t strike me as someone who had any interest in working with me to get a deal done.
