Disappointed with the lack of transparency of the advertised price. Add $900 for Lojack, Add $1795 for wax job and scotchguard (protective perks?), add $1098 doc fee On a 17.5K vehicle, this is over 20% on top of the vehicles posted price. Bearing in mind they are making something on the vehicle itself....they were open to share once asked, but the posted price is very misleading.

I called the dealership on a Saturday morning to confirm that the vehicle was still available. The person I spoke to confirmed that the vehicle was on the lot and available to test drive. I told the lady that I was coming from north of the city and would arrive in about an hour. When I arrived, I asked for the woman I had spoken to on the phone. She introduced herself then passed me to someone else who took me on a test drive in a brand new vehicle. I told the gentleman that I was interested in a specific used vehicle and showed him the paperwork I had printed. After a couple phone calls, it was determined that the manager had the vehicle and it was not on the lot. So I wasted two hours in Atlanta traffic for no reason. It was not a good experience and I won't be back.

Drove to dealership. Found truck on lot and looked at it. Nobody from the dealership came outside so didn’t get to see inside or drive it.

Received a text about a car I was curious about. Tools me the car was available. Started driving an hr and a half in traffic. Decided to call before I got far down the road. They said it sold 2 hrs…before I asked about it. Then text me back 30 minutes after I called telling me it was still available. Get it together

Worst dealer. Price changes when you land up at dealership. You are humiliated by Sales manager. Don't waste time, there are better and less expensive dealers. Sales person quoted one price OTD for Rogue 23, but it was increased by 1k when I went there to actually purchase the vehicle. I think the sales guy and manager know what they are doing - bait and switch, waste people time asking them to come to dealership.There is lack of transparency and false promises .
