If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I spoke to a salesman on Tuesday morning, stated my interest in the 2022 Nissan Altima and set up an appointment. I live about 70 miles from the dealer, but the price was something I could not pass up on. Upon arrival, we did a test drive and I was ready to sign papers to purchase. After about 20 minutes of waiting, the finance guy or manager (who knows) came back and said there was a mistake online and the price of the car that was displayed online ($24,988) was not the correct price. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience or showing us something in our price range, the salesman I spoke with on the phone and the finance guy/manager stayed quiet. We gathered our belongings and left. This was the worst group of unprofessional individuals I have ever encountered. It’s shocking that the doors are still open. Where do you all get off scamming people and baiting them to come in, just to price gauge? Overall 0/10 experience. Steer Clear.

Should have read the reviews before going! Old school car dealer tactics....advertised a car at good price. Saw it online and contacted salesperson. She said it's available when can you test drive? Said I'll be there in 1-2 hours. Was there in about an hour. She said that car isn't available can I show you something else. I was furious and told her as much. Why did you tell me it's available and come test drive?! Had been listed on their site for 12 days. She said I have a similar car I can show with big grin on her face. I said as long as it's same price and comparable mileage. Smile disappeared from her face and said let me get my manager. Spent 10 minutes waiting for him, fuming. All the while looking at previous reviews on Car Gurus going back to 2012 with very similar pattern/theme of getting customers into the showroom for one thing, telling them Unavailable and pushing a different car. (Sound like Bait -and-switch?) Manager did a song and dance about why he had the car but

This Dealers customer service when you want to buy a car is great, from the time I inquire about it, I was contacted the next morning, first it was Rick which is the internet salesperson then Joe the sales manager followed up. I purchased the vehichle and I am happy with it but throughout the time of negotiating there was some things I started noticing which I didn't like but kept my peace, as a believer in Jesus Christ I knew He was in control. If you have your own financial institution DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR SOCIAL AT ALL,THEY WILL RUN YOUR CREDIT, THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY WILL LOOK YOU UP BUT THATS A LIE BEWARE! Also I only received 1 key and Joe stated he will get me another key its been 2 weeks and yet I haven't heard from Joe, Rick nor Jonathan. I was supposed to receive a call from Stephanie as well but have not heard from her. Overall it was an okay experience not what I expected from a dealer in Irvine,.This has been my experience so far.
