I scheduled an appointment to test drive the car with Jorge. I showed up and was told Jorge was not in yet and Angelica helped he. She was incredibly helpful. I was sitting at the table doing paperwork and the gentleman helping a woman at the next table, guess who he wasâ¦.. Jorge. He was at the dealership the entire time. Iâm thankful for Angelica helping me and I did not have to deal with a liar that could not follow thru with his scheduled appointment. I will refer friends and family to Angelica and make sure they donât deal with Jorge. I had a great experience with everyone else but Jorge. Angelica was wonderful. Financial department was great.

When I asked about if there any room on the price cuz I seen a couple others same year and model with less mileage! There texts back were unfriendly and didn't offer reson that they would be Negotiable with their price ?!?!? So never made attempt to go look at thier truck for sale

Contacted dealer about a used vehicle. They set an appointment. Sent clean carfax. I show at the agreed to time. Wait 10 mins…sorry car is in body shop…show me photo of the lower skirt damage. So much for clean carfax! I had even asked if there was damage before I drove an hour to get here! 35 mins later they still hadn’t produced the car after repeated promises it was coming. So I left. Norma and Pamela dropped the ball on this one. This could have been an easy cash deal. They set appointments without making sure cars are ready. They don’t tell you the car has damage before you arrive. I wasted nearly 3 hours of my time.
