This dealer ship is very scammie. I called the dealership a day before around 4:20pm to ask about their dealer fee and the accident on the car. The salesman didn't give me much formation on dealer fee but did let me know about the car was history. He want to know if I was financing or cash. I told him I was not sure. I also told him I will be driving 2 hour to come see this car. When I get to the dealership the salesman new I guess pull out a paper to try and trick me to see financing with them. i told him my budget which was 15k and the car I wanted to see. he then lets me know the if I don't financing with them that car that was 13,795 would be 24,795. I was upset and disappointed that I didn't get that information before arriving. MAKE SURE YOU ASK ALL THE QUESTION BE ARRIVING. BE SAFE

Disappointed with the lack of transparency of the advertised price. Add $900 for Lojack, Add $1795 for wax job and scotchguard (protective perks?), add $1098 doc fee On a 17.5K vehicle, this is over 20% on top of the vehicles posted price. Bearing in mind they are making something on the vehicle itself....they were open to share once asked, but the posted price is very misleading.

Drove to dealership. Found truck on lot and looked at it. Nobody from the dealership came outside so didn’t get to see inside or drive it.

I called the dealership on a Saturday morning to confirm that the vehicle was still available. The person I spoke to confirmed that the vehicle was on the lot and available to test drive. I told the lady that I was coming from north of the city and would arrive in about an hour. When I arrived, I asked for the woman I had spoken to on the phone. She introduced herself then passed me to someone else who took me on a test drive in a brand new vehicle. I told the gentleman that I was interested in a specific used vehicle and showed him the paperwork I had printed. After a couple phone calls, it was determined that the manager had the vehicle and it was not on the lot. So I wasted two hours in Atlanta traffic for no reason. It was not a good experience and I won't be back.
