Friendly but not too knowledgeable about vehicles. Requested to see an SV Model a couple times but they never got one. Waited over an hour to begin financing part. Problem with remote start when picking up vehicle on Friday so they kept it over the weekend and delivered it on Monday. Did not have a full tank of gas when delivered. kept sending me surveys before I even got the vehicle.
