I only had this used suv for a week the check engine light came on and the car is making this ticking sound which they never told me about cause if I had know I would have never bought this car

The dealer contacted me to say that the car was available for test drive. When I arrived, they stated much the opposite, that the car was NOT available for test drive. The salesperson and another manager were pivotal in making the deal happen. The email that the car was available was almost a ploy for me to come up to the dealership. After a little back and forth the numbers were where I felt comfortable, and THEN I was able to take the car out for a test drive. I enjoyed the car enough to make the deal happen and buy and take delivery of the car.

Way too many emails from the dealership but not about the car just some contest salesman trying to win a trip to asia who sells the most cars like why would we care about salesman going to asia

Kevin the sales rep was very nice and professional and let me test drive. I never got the chance to talk with the sales mgr during negotiations only via text. He was never available by phone. I offered cash 37,500 or 38,000 max for the car but they would not come down. Price was listed at above $41,000 rather than your internet quote of $36,996 which I felt was misleading in the end. They included some sealer protection package on the convertible for $1999, which was totally ridiculous. I wanted to pay cash outright for the vehicle, but team seemed more invested in me financing the car instead. This was mentioned several times. The facility was beautiful.
