I have worked with a lot of dealerships to buy a lot of different cars and have had some bad experiences, but let me tell you this one has been by far the worst. The entire car buying experience was terrible, and when I finally got the car it looked like they had run a dirty rag over all of the surfaces including the glass, and the I got ten miles down the road onto the parkway and my tire pressure light came on - all four tires were at least 10psi under what they should be. In addition, they refuse to put my plates and registration in the mail even though I live over an hour away. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. There are far better dealers that will actually treat you like a human being, and make sure your car not only clean, but SAFE TO DRIVE before sending you down the road.

i went to purchase the car they never say that the vehicle have a bad transmission waste of time to drive for an hour an a half for nothing

Made an appointment and the email confirmation included the guilt-tripping detail that the salesperson has a long commute to come into work, I guess to deter people from canceling? Very wierd. I had a very specific car with very specific features in mind, with the main feature being an optional upgrade on that model (used car, non-Lexus). I emailed to confirm the car had the feature and was assured it did. I made my own long commute for the appointment only to find out the car didn't have the feature and I wasted my time! It's like they knew nothing about the car they were trying to sell. I wouldn't come back.
