It wasn’t good, I got there and was greeted by the receptionist who was very polite, then I had to wait for 5 minutes for the guy who contacted me about the appointment, then I had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes for someone to come over and talk to me, he didn’t know about the vehicle are you didn’t care to talk about it, then it was time for me to test drive and another guy came to do that, so far nobody tells me anything about the vehicle even when I’m driving it, he just kept asking me if I like it and I said I’m not sure yet, after we came back, the first guy asked me if I’m interested in purchasing the vehicle and I said if the price is right then I’ll consider it, then he took me in to see the accountant who was polite at first and then the Negotiation started and because I would budge wait to the price so much he decided to end the conversation took a phone call on his phone told me to write down my email and then that was it. They were horrible. I took a train and an Uber to purchase a vehicle which they knew I was coming. When I arrived the manager let his jeweler's wife hold the car. They had 2 similar cars. The car I wanted 2021 he told me was already sold which was a lie because it was on the lot and still listed. The 2020 he wanted me to put a down payment on the car he got mad because I didn't so i had to go all the way back home paying another $200 for a train ticket. They didn't even care. I wouldn't buy a cup of coffee from Bell's . They lie to people.
