Concesionarios cercanos (Millville, NJ)

I brought a 2016 Nissan Altima on Tuesday this week drove it for one day and the transmission went out on me and the check engine light came on. The car had to be picked up via tow truck. Spoke with Steve and he didn’t say to me maybe we can see what’s wrong with the car he just wanted to have it picked up. The dealership knew there was something wrong with this car in one day the transmission go out smh. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Don’t buy any vehicles they’re either defective or they have frame damages on the car fax they only use auto check so purchase a carfax as well just to be safe..

This dealer was a completely unprofessional and rude. I bought a car sent the money overnight, paid insurance, made my own arrangements to have car transported. This guy said he needs my wife’s ssn and drivers license and I asked why. He said the bank might say they want it. Then they may not I won’t deposit check until they tell me. Then he wasn’t asking me for more info then he said the bank does want her on title I need her info. I said bank has it why would you need it you have the money. I told him ask the bank I don’t need to give you anything else as I had talked to them. He then decided he didn’t need my business and he’d send back the money and that I was suspect for not wanting to identify. He said our social was required to register a vehicle. I have never been asked by the DMV for my social. I just didn’t understand. Then it couldn’t leave without plates and tags. I already own the plates as I live in Idaho. They couldn’t explain I got angry now I’m stuck!

Very good support and suggestions

Made an appointment on a Tuesday late afternoon for the following morning at 11AM. When we arrived, the sales rep informed us that the car sold the night before . Even with an appointment Made,they didn't call me and when asked why they didn't, they acted as if that is not their responsibility. Very unprofessional in my view.
