The online contact who coordinated between online requests and the store totally dropped the ball. The individual Who I will not name but who's name starts like the alphabet would respond and say they were looking into it. They responded saying the vehicle was there then never responding after. I then got an email from the dealership of someone saying that it was being processed. I then got a message form the online person saying the car is still available and they would get back to me with answers to my questions. Then After hearing nothing I clicked on the message to check if its available again and the same online person said yes its avaiable and would get back to me to setup. I after hearing nothing once again decided to call the dealership where I got Paul. Paul rocked and was extremely polite and helpful clarifying the car was purchased. I explained my experience and he said it was not acceptable. Still a week later the car is online and the coordinater still checks.

I inquired about a 911 Targa 4S that they had advertised for $95K and then saw the same vehicle on another deale site the same night, only it was $15K more. I thought it was a coincidence that the same model, year, color and optioned car was for sale at another dealer. That dealer rep messaged me right away saying they just got the car in that day. The following morning the rep from Helms contacted me and said the car was no longer available and that they just sold it that day. That was obviously a lie because they had already sold it and it was at another dealers showroom the day before, so why be dishonest??!! I asked them what they sold the car for, which I didnât think I was out of line asking him, but he beat around the bush and wouldnât give me a straight answer. Eventually he just stopped engaging with me as I felt he knew he had been caught in the lie!! Be transparent with potential customers, there was no reason to lie about the sale, but now you lost my trust!!
