This was a very positive process. The dealer was first class and easy to work with. I made an appointment to check out the car and do a test drive. It was a very simple process and I am picking up the car shortly. The dealership was knowledgeable and helpful.

Feb 2024, I walked into the dealership with an appointment to ask about test driving two cars. One was a 2022 E53 AMG with a history of theft recovery, priced at nearly $67,000 and almost $72,000 out the door (OTD) after taxes and fees. They assessed my trade-in and said it was only worth $23,000. When I inquired about a discount, they offered only $500 off and claimed it was the best price in the nation. A month later, the same car was listed at $62,000, but still no one bought it. This car had a theft history and higher mileage (over 25,000 miles in two years) yet they were asking for $72,000 OTD. In the end, I purchased a GT53 for a similar price and received $25,000 for my trade-in. This experience leads me to believe that the people at the dealership are mostly dishonest.Thankfully, there was little interest in the car at this inflated price Update: two month later down to 59K lol “best price in USA” That is how screwed up dealers in these days.

Dealer was very responsive; car was ready for test drive upon my arrival. Car was beautiful and as shown. Dealership top notch=very professional. Salesman reassuring and made helpful suggestions re accessories. Would recommend.

Never do business with this dealer. My lead price was quoted at 536/month but on the paper work the finance manager came back with it said 744/month. Which he claimed was the money factor. Apparently MB of Hanover claims it’s the money factor but nowhere on the paperwork will you find this but they are charging 206/month on top of your lease payments and it’s a Mercedes rental fee. So you pay to lease and rent the car lol. Used car dealers are some of the worse people on earth.

The dealer answered by e-mail and everything was good, but unfortunately, the car was already sold, so I did not finally go to the dealer in person. My only contact was electronic, and quite sort in time. They were nice and OK, but my opinion about them can not be very relevant taking into account the circumstances.
