The description of the vehicle online was different than what we saw in person. The initial person that contacted me via email was very snarky. The dealer added on a ridiculous dollar amount in dealer fees. The sales people were very friendly but the finance person was condescending and arrogant. We left the dealership visited another dealership in Ft. Worth and had a much different experience. We drove off the lot with a great vehicle at the stated price with not additional hidden, exorbitant fees.

They supposedly have an Internet sales person that must be working the floor. I had requested the price of a car that they’ve got incoming Saturday morning. Didn’t get a response back sent another message later on that afternoon. Supposedly their Internet sales person told me that he was busy and had been on the floor. My suggestion would be not to have Internet sales. If you don’t have the manpower to reply to the request being made visa V the Internet.
