BUYER BEWARE! I bought a 2019 Mustang GT PREMIUM from them 3 days ago. THIS WAS THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! The car was delivered filthy. I had to wash and wax it myself. Car has dents in the roof which they refuse to fix. CAR DELIVERED WITH LITTLE TO NO OIL IN THE ENGINE only the very tip of the dip stick is wet. They claim they put in 8 quarts...OWNERS MANUAL CLEARLY SAYS IT TAKES 10 QUARTS. I'd be surprised if there is 2 quarts in the car! One key provided and "maybe" get the second key fob if the former owner sends it to the dealership. They did not change wipers as promised. Exposed bare wire from back up alert in trunk right above gas tank. The only mats they put in the car was one paper mat. They made me pay $26. for touch up paint they told me they were going to give me for free. This dealership PUTS PROFITS BEFORE PEOPLE. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I went there unannounced with cash in hand to purchase in full . They had me waiting 45 minutes and the car couldn’t start . It had electrical issues. I was told by “Emin” he would call me when he get it running, He never called even tho I reached out because I was still interested. I then got way better service at another dealer
