I was praying that everything goes smoothly and the vehicle is in excellent condition considering the price of the vehicle. I will keep you updated on the transaction ?? I made the mistake of taking their word that they had serviced the vehicle and being told that it had been done was farthest from the truth after flying and two Milwaukee from out of state and then receiving the vehicle, and when I got home, I found several problems with the vehicle first one of the key fobs did not work second the hood struts were shot and would not hold up the hood terminals on the battery were bad and when I checked the fluids, I was a court and a half low on the oil so my 300 and some plus smile return home somehow I lost that oil or it wasn’t done. The engine compartment covers were missing 80% of the clips to hold the covers in place , and I’m still continuing my investigations and repairs as I speak so for my experience dealing with Lexus dealerships are the cars are great. The dealerships not.

Very helpful. Straight forward. I ended up buying a different car, because I waited too long to decide. ( Sadly). However, my hesitation had nothing to do with this dealer.
