They were great. We drove from San Antonio to Killeen on Memorial Day weekend in the evening and the sales associate, Scott, said he would wait for us even if it was past closing. They did not try to upsell me. This car was $9,000 less than the one I had driven that afternoon. Then they offered me $1,000 more for my car than the other dealership. We went in, made the deal with no hassles and I am extremely happy with my car. I recommend Cleo Bay.
