The one-star for the "sales manager". Didn't say hi or hello. Presented the Out The Door quote with incorrect tax calculation. Lied to the customer that the dealer doc fee was mandated by the government. Lied to the customer that the vehicle had gone through inspection and no warning light or error codes should be found. When the customer noticed the warning light and found 6 error codes, the customer asked what the dealer could do about those error code to ensure vehicle's safety. The "sales manager" ignored the customer's inquiry regarding the error codes. All four tires have less than 5% of tread left. When the customer asked whether it would be a safety concern or not, the "sales manager" replied that Napleton's Valley Hyundai does not replace tires on used vehicles. There's nothing wrong with the brand nor the salesperson. But I can not recommend Napleton's Valley Hyundai due to their "sales manager's" questionable integrity and professionalism.

3rd dealership for the day..My wife and I traveled over 2 hrs to see the selection of used Hyundai Santa Fe..We found one that fit the bill..Great customer service and we left feeling good about the deal..see MATT for all your needs !

This dealership is a joke. I was told, and can verify, that no vehicle drives off their lot without a $1300 protection plan (door edge guard, locking lug nuts, nitrogen filled tires and an automotive theft insurance. They haven’t even received the car. They don’t have to put all that crap in there…. Also they listed the car at msrp, then when I talk with them the price goes up $3,000 for a market adjusted price. Pretty lame.

I messaged them through the CarGurus app asking them when they were going to post pictures of this vehicle it was 27 days and no pictures have been posted yet got back a response from a woman in customer service telling me they were all backed up and posting pictures would happened soon, I responded with yeah it would take like 5 minutes with a cell phone you had it for sale on here for weeks but no pictures got back it is not for sale we do not sell vehicles till they have passed our extensive inspection. We will let you know when it's for sale and when the pictures are available. I've heard nothing back since and the pictures I think there's one.of them I'm not sure they're that vehicle though but it said clearly for a while now in their ad that all inspections were done they just aren't much for posting pictures and I'm just not much for going down there and looking without pictures I'm handicapped and it's hard for me I explained that to her too. That's all I know.

Good response and follow up.

I was in contact with several dealerships in the past few weeks and Patrick Hyundai was by far the best and easiest to deal with. Naeem was excellent, a true consultant who was transparent from the start and didn't try to force a bunch of add ons or bogus fees. I ended up purchasing a used car from them, even though they were 5 hours away, because the deal was worth it. The car was pristine, Naeem and the finance manager Josh were great to work with, and I was in and out in a reasonable time. I would buy from them again, even though they aren't close.
