Purchased truck online and over phone. Sales staff was helpful up to a point. Finance tried to fool me into buying extended warranty, was rude when my financing was a lower number than they liked, and lied about the price of delivery. Only when I did the math myself and called them on the delivery fee multiple times was it resolved. Overall experience was extremely poor, tires were missing valve stem covers when I specifically asked for that item to be double checked. Would not purchase a vehicle from them again.

We would give 5 stars because the salesman Ron was friendly and helpful and the finance guy Roy was nice and easy to talk to. But we are only giving 2 stars because the price of the vehicle advertised is not what was put on our sales contract. There was a $2000 price difference. We contacted Ron about it and he told us Roy would contact us but we have not received response.

Salesman Blake was awesome, got me almost what I wanted for my trade. Finance guy manager way too aggressive trying to sell extra warranty. Almost lost the deal because of his aggressive manner. Couldn’t tell if he worked for Dealership or the warranty company. He must really get a boost financially for his personal use?

Although I ended up buying elsewhere, the people who contacted me were very polite and helpful.

People listened to me and ultimately came up with a offer which I accepted. They were helpful and responsive.

Billy and Larry were excellent help! I was only there a short time but I immediately felt like I was part of the family. I didn’t purchase at that time because I’m needing to sell off my problem Audi first but will be back.
