Concesionarios cercanos (Hope, AR)

They did contact me, but never responded to say I was not approved, then I realized the car had been sold! The guy who contacted me was very nice though!

Responded but didn’t feel the sales person cared to try to actually sell the vehicle. First response didn’t acknowledge a request in the comments. I responded to an email restating the request in comments and still no acknowledgement. Then received a email that seemed like they wanted to discuss the request and not the case when I brought it up absolutely refused to ask. Which if I were trying to sell, I would have responded to the clients comments, Yes, No, or counter. If it was something that I didn’t feel like or didn’t want to take to my sales manager. I would have countered the customer with an amount that I would have been willing to take to the sales manager even if it was the asking price. Most of us requesting from online don’t care to test drive the vehicle unless we’ve made a deal. We don’t want to be offered other vehicles besides the one we are requesting unless it is very comparable in size, fuel economy, etc. Don’t offend us with a response if sale is the goal.

Customer service was awesome. Wish I could’ve bought this vehicle. Unfortunately, my work did not give me the time to go purchase the vehicle and lost my opportunity
