Absolutely terrible experience. Drove 10 hours round trip without a getting the car because it was damaged. I was told the car would be ready as soon as my husband got there and kept updating them with ETA. When my husband got there, they didn’t even know who he was nor was the car ready. Treated my husband like he was bothering them. We sent pictures before going there of my husbands car and we got a quote of 2-3k. When my husband arrived and they looked at the car, they were laughing and said it was only worth $500. Dealer wasn’t even going to honor the price on CarGurus. Sadly we loved the car, but they wouldn’t even fix the dissembled bumper. Such a wasted trip driving from Baltimore to West New York, NJ and back in the same day. I wish I could give 0 stars because they gave 0 effort to sell us the Pilot touring.

Worse experience, had Kevon Cole, car was priced at $25k, I signed the purchase agreement, and next day he said they made a mistake and they want $39k They made me fill up a back group check form and took my driver's license photo and took my credit card information and never confirmed that they discard my personal information. Stay away

Prices shown online are not accurate. They add a “minimum” of $8,000 in fees to the sticker price. (Certification = $4,000 // inspection = $2,000 which they said could be higher // fee to pay cash = $1000 // etch fee $200 // doc fee, etc) Most other dealers include all the certification and inspection in the cost of the “certified pre-owned vehicle” — So their prices are actually way above market all-in (their CPO prices are actually higher than the new car price at a suburb dealership) Also the CPO car we were interested had scratches and dents all over it
