A two stars is fair, since they did contact me regarding the vehicle and offered to pay my gas for wasting my time. But, I am disappointed at the way they conducted their business. I scheduled an appointment to test drive the vehicle and was actually going to buy it. I confirmed the appointment with the sales rep prior to going there who agreed to have the vehicle pull out and ready for me when I arrive. While on my way there about 10-15 minutes away from the dealership the rep texted me stating that the vehicle was loaned out to a customer. I can understand it more if it was sold, but loaned out, really? The car that had a potential buyer? I guess a sale was unfortunately not worth it to them. I wasted a day from work and time driving over an hour just to be told the vehicle was not there. Do better next time Avery.
