The price was not correct. I was forced to choose an accessory worth $3,000 to buy a car. They wasn't kind. When I said I didn't choose accessories, they said they couldn't sell this car, so I didn't buy a car. They looked very angry. I don't recommend this dealer shop. The worst dealer shop, can't trust.

I went to test drive the car I wanted, only to find out when I did the paperwork that they were adding an additional 2K for some KARR package and said all dealers were doing this now. It was nowhere in the description nor original pricing found on Cargurus, and it took a bunch of haggling back and forth to get somewhere near the original pre-authorized amount I was looking for. Went to another dealer and the KARR package was no extra charge as they advertised the car at one price and honored that price.

I stated my internet to purchase and requested buyers order to start transaction when the dealership said, “oh but we have to sell this to you for an additional $14,000 premium” above the price we just quoted you.
