Overall Dahl Honda of Rhinelander is a great auto dealer. In the end, I wound up buying the 2018 Tundra. It was a no hassle, no pressure deal. Brad and Kaleb are two of the nicest guys you'll find in the dealership business. Absolutely No bs. I was close to giving them 4 stars because the initial contact was slow, but in their defense, it was probably because I flooded them with a plethora of questions. It was a lot of questions. I am definitely starting my next vehicle search with this auto dealer and Brad. I am very satisfied with the deal.

Oh yes we were contacted by multiple emails. Our experience was not the most satisfying though. We pulled in the lot and and the salesman commented on on how our vehicle was in such beautiful shape and asked if we planned to trade it, which we were. After we test drove the one we were looking at, they had inspected ours to make an offer on the trade value. The salesman proceeded to pick the heck out it and berate our vehicle to no end. It's funny that such a beautiful car suddenly turned into a salvage worthy wreck. The icing on the cake was when he leaned in towards my wife and said not once but twice, " When you bought this you got f#@*%, royally f@%#*& " I was not pleased with the way we were treated because of this. We were offered $8000.00 and told it would just be going to auction after that. We've been car shopping for some time and found that there are other cars similar to ours with twice the miles and 1 - 2 years older selling for upwards near $20,000.
