Staff was friendly, but they'll try to take you for a ride. Tried to charge me a $1200 transport fee immediately after having me talk to the guy that handled the trade in. Then pretended not charging me a fee for work they didn't do was a big negotiation for them and they no longer wanted to repair physival damage to the vehicle despite not having actually lowered the price of the vehicle a single cent. Will never buy a vehicle at a Honda dealership.
